We are a custom residential building contractor and commercial construction company located in the Busselton, Cowaramup,
Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Yallingup, and the surrounding South West WA region.
Our experience is right across the board, from magnificent multi story, multi million dollar custom country homes, residential apartments and full Commercial Wineries. We specialise in new residential home building and home renovation with a personal touch that stands out from the standard home builds that most people end up with. CHARLES GRIST
Charles Grist has more than 35 years experience in the building industry
and David Norrish has also worked for over 45 years in structural, civil,
marine engineering and project management. For more than 15 years they
have worked together on various projects from luxury and contemporary
homes through to shire buildings, warehouses, CBD commercial centres and
wineries in the Margaret River Wine Region. In 2006 they decided to join forces and create Cape Constructions with the aim of providing to clients the best service and skills available in the area.
In 2010 Greg Hough, Building Supervisor at Cape Constructions became a partner in the business because he shares the same vision and commitment to excellence. Living in Dunsborough, Greg loves the lifestyle of South West WA and enjoys Mountain Bike Riding with the Cape Mountain Bikers amongst the multitude of leisure activities on offer in the region.
Charles, David and Greg have built a strong team of professional tradespeople that have a combined experience of hundreds of years of building experience, which means as a client you benefit from the wealth of knowledge of this team. You will find communication with Charles, David or Greg will be honest and about what you need to know. Every project we take on is looked upon as though we were building it for ourselves!
