This Cowaramup / Yallingup country home needed a lease of new life, so instead of totally rebuilding an already lovable and existing home the owners decided to renovate. This turned out to be a fantastic result but also a very smart investment for their property in general.
 

The renovation project really gave this home a totally new look and feel. Ceilings were raised and more space created using the latest home insulation products and ceiling products that allow builders to utilise the empty space in the roof pitch and reverse that space into the area in which the occupants live. So too with the verandah, a pitch was added over the main table area to enhance the view for the owners favorite outdoor position.
