This Yallingup Timbre Frame Home was aging and needed a lift without going to all the time, effort and expense of a total rebuild. Builders South West WA Cape Constructions went to work with the client and put together a project plan according to the project scope and allotted budget. Every dollar was maximised by using some of the latest building products on the market that are much more durable than older comparable building products. 

One product chosen was the new fibre composite wood look panelling that is bullet proof to White Antand Bora pests that can cause expensive structural damage to wooden frame houses. In keeping with the style of the home the whole place was given a lift for far less than the cost of a rebuild. Roofing was extended and aligned to "filling the water tank" whilst also protecting window frames and doors from the weather, giving all external openings a longer life span.
